The Foundation for Innovative Resource Management (F.I.R.M.) is a resource for artists, songwriters, producers, personalities and companies who are interested in strategic A&R/ Label consulting. Founded by Grammy nominated A&R consultant Kevin Shine, the F.I.R.M. specializes in consulting record labels both independent and major in the areas of A&R, marketing, planning and promotion.
